Decades-long childhood abuse and neglect, to a long-term marriage ending catastrophically, I am intimately familiar with the deep pit of despair, self-loathing, anger, rage, and biting sorrow. Bottom line: I know how hard this is. It’s hard on the front end, not gonna lie, but with relationally attuned support and a safe container, you can transform your personal suffering. Your suffering is not the end: it is the beginning. And oh, you are so worth it.

Training & Influences

My work draws from mindful awareness, nonviolent communication, somatic awareness, trauma-informed inquiry, parts-informed inner work, contemplative practice, and earth-based energy medicine.

I am a Unified Mindfulness Compass graduate and have completed training in Nonviolent Communication, Core Energetics, Byron Katie’s inquiry process, Ideal Parent Figure work, and relational/somatic approaches to healing. I also draw from parts-informed and compassionate inquiry–inspired approaches without representing myself as certified in those methods.

My contemplative background includes mentorship with Tina Rasmussen and training in approaches that explore awareness, instinctual drives that impact personality patterning (conditioning), and non-dual realization.

I completed Stephanie Moore’s 4 Winds Andean Medicine Energy and Earth-Based Teachings Apprenticeship and am currently continuing my studies in the Four Winds / Alberto Villoldo training, expected to complete in Fall 2026.
