Prep

Before we go deep, we build a foundation. This includes:

Learning how to ground, nervous system regulation, emotional resourcing, and cultivating supportive inner figures.

These skills help you stay steady and find your anchor - so when intensity comes, you are skilled and resourced up.

Journey

During the journey, whether it’s through breathwork, medicine, or deep inner work, I offer attuned, grounded presence to help you navigate intense emotions, unexpected insights, or parts of you that may surface. I hold space, guide attention, and help you stay connected to what’s true in the moment..

Embody

Afterwards, we move into embodying the insights. This is where insight transforms into change. Together we explore how to inhabit what you’ve learned—rewire old habits, shed what no longer serves, tend to relationships within yourself and others, and ground the transformation into real, sustainable change.
